We talk for an hour. Then I write you a short plan: what I see, the steps I’d take, what they involve, and roughly what they cost.

There’s no obligation attached, and the plan is yours either way. Plenty of people take it and handle the rest themselves. That’s a fine outcome.

Start here if you know something is off with your technology and can’t name it precisely.

For companies that have developers, or are about to hire them, and need someone to help decide what gets built and in what order. I’ve done this as a CTO and as a CIO.

It’s often the least expensive way to work with me, because the costly mistakes tend to happen before anyone writes code.

Working out where AI helps in your product or your operations, building it, and making sure someone can answer for what it does.

Sometimes the right answer is that AI doesn’t belong there. I’ll tell you that too.

I scope these small on purpose. I build with AI assistance, and I read and answer for everything that ships.
